Keep every trip, receipt and delivery record in one place. Our printed trip sheet envelopes give drivers a durable, labelled pouch for paperwork, and give your company a tidy, professional look on the road.
Choose single-colour or full-colour printing, print one side or both, and add numbering to keep your records in order. Ordered in packs of 500, 1,000 or 5,000.

Why add numbering?
Numbering helps tie each envelope to a trip record. It is $30 per 1,000.
What do the order options mean?
Production time only is the time we take to print your order. Proofing lets you approve an emailed PDF first, and Hire a Designer adds professional design help.

Can I get a rush order?
Yes, choose 2-3 business days or 8 hours. 8 hours is not available at 5,000.
Placing text over the flap fold or the gum line
Keep text away from fold lines and the gum area.
Leaving out the 1/8" bleed
Extend backgrounds 1/8 in past the trim line, or thin white edges can show after cutting.
Placing text or logos too close to the edge
Keep all text and logos at least 1/8 in inside the trim line.
Uploading low-resolution images or screenshots
Anything under 300 dpi looks soft in print, use full-size artwork.
Submitting RGB artwork
Print uses CMYK and can look a little duller than on screen, convert before you upload.
Forgetting to embed or outline fonts
Letters can swap to a default font if fonts are not embedded or outlined.
