A booklet gives a listing room to breathe. Use it as a buyer guide, a community profile, a full property presentation or a seller's marketing kit, with extra photos and plenty of detail.
Ours are saddle-stitched, full colour and printed on both sides, from 8 up to 36 pages including the cover. Choose 8.5 x 11 or 8.5 x 8.5 inches, a card stock or gloss cover, and gloss or matte inner pages. Upload your own design or hire our designers.

How are pages counted?
The count includes the cover, as shown in each layout name. For example, 12 Pages is the cover plus 8 inside pages.
Why do page counts go up in fours?
Saddle-stitched booklets are made from folded sheets, so the total must be a multiple of four.
Does size change the price?
No. Both sizes cost the same.
Does the inner paper change the price?
Gloss and matte inner pages cost the same.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Upload a print-ready PDF, AI, PSD, PNG or JPG (up to 25MB), built at full size in CMYK at 300 dpi with 0.125 inch of bleed.
Is there an artwork template?
Yes. Download the template for your size from the Templates tab on this page. It shows the trim line, bleed and safe margin.
Can I get help with the design?
Yes. Choose "Yes - Hire a Professional Designer" at checkout and our team will build the artwork. You can also add an emailed PDF proof.
Is the proof fee charged per piece?
No. The emailed PDF proof is a flat fee per order.
What is a saddle stitch?
The pages are folded and stapled through the spine. It is ideal for booklets up to 36 pages.
- Using the wrong size. Build the file at the exact trim size on the template and add 0.125 inch of bleed on all sides.
- Placing text or logos too close to the edge. Stay inside the safe margin on the template.
- Uploading RGB or low-resolution files. Use CMYK at 300 dpi at full size; enlarged web images print soft.
- Leaving fonts live. Embed or outline all fonts so nothing changes at print.
- Sending a multi-page file out of order. Check the page order before you upload.
- Supplying a page count that does not match the layout you ordered.
