A custom rider is printed with your own wording, phone number, logo or artwork instead of a preset message. Upload your file, choose a size and material, and we print it double-sided.
Custom Riders let you say exactly what you need: a phone number, a website, a feature or a tagline, in your own fonts and colours. They are printed in full colour on Coroplast, in 4mm or 10mm (the thicker board).
Choose from six sizes, from 24 x 6 in up to 36 x 12 in, as a bottom rider or a top rider with vertical flutes, with grommets on top, on the bottom, or both.

Proofing: print as is, or add an emailed PDF proof for $5.
Design help: add professional design for $25 if you do not have a print-ready file.

Low-resolution files
Images saved from a website, social media or a screenshot are usually too small and print blurry or pixelated. Build your file at the full size you ordered, at a resolution of 150 dpi, or start from a high-quality original. Stretching a small image to fit does not add detail.
Uploading RGB instead of CMYK
Screens use RGB, but printing uses CMYK. An RGB file will still print, but colours can shift, especially reds and bright blues. Set your file to CMYK before you export so what you approve is closer to what prints.
No bleed
If your background or image runs to the edge, extend it 0.125 in past the trim on every edge so a thin white edge does not show after trimming.
Text or logos too close to the edge
Keep important text inside the safe area shown on the template. Anything closer to the edge can be trimmed off or look cramped.
Wrong size or scale
Build the file at the full size you ordered, at 100%, not a smaller size scaled up. The free template on the Templates tab shows the right size, bleed and safe area for each size.
Live fonts and transparency
Convert fonts to outlines and flatten transparency and layers, so nothing changes or goes missing when we open your file.
Unsupported file types
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG or JPG, up to 25MB. Other file types, such as EPS or TIFF, cannot be uploaded.
