Make every letter look like it came from a real company. Our custom No. 10 envelopes are the standard business size (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 in), printed with your logo and return address in single or full colour.
Add a window if you are mailing invoices or statements, and choose standard gum or peel and stick closure. Ordered in packs of 500, 1,000 or 5,000.

What do the order options mean?
Production time only is the time we take to print your order. Proofing lets you approve an emailed PDF first, and Hire a Designer adds professional design help.
Can I add a window?
Yes, +$30 per 1,000.
Can I pick peel and stick?
Yes, +$30 per 1,000.
Is full colour available?
Yes.
Can I get a rush order?
Yes, choose 2-3 business days or 8 hours. 8 hours is not available at 5,000.
Putting text in the window area
Keep the window area clear of artwork.
Missing the flap line in the layout
Use the template so the flap and gum lines sit where they should.
Leaving out the 1/8" bleed
Extend backgrounds 1/8 in past the trim line, or thin white edges can show after cutting.
Placing text or logos too close to the edge
Keep all text and logos at least 1/8 in inside the trim line.
Uploading low-resolution images or screenshots
Anything under 300 dpi looks soft in print, use full-size artwork.
Submitting RGB artwork
Print uses CMYK and can look a little duller than on screen, convert before you upload.
Forgetting to embed or outline fonts
Letters can swap to a default font if fonts are not embedded or outlined.
