Choose half or full sleeves, a polo quality, where the print goes and the shirt colour, then upload your artwork. Orders run from 5 to 1,000 polos, with bigger orders priced lower per shirt.

Pick the right quality
The Gildan DryBlend jersey polo is the everyday budget pick, the cotton/poly/spandex pique is the most popular, the performance polo wicks sweat and resists odour, and the long sleeve pique mesh and Team 365 styles suit cooler days and active crews.
Print areas
The front chest print is 4 x 4 in, front and back full coverage are 10 x 12 in, and the back half print is 10 x 6 in. Use our templates so your design fits.
Bigger orders cost less per polo
The per-polo price drops as the quantity goes up, so ordering a little more can be cheaper than you expect.
What do the order options mean?

Can I order different sizes in one order?
Yes. Tell us the size split in the order notes at checkout, or contact us after you order.
Can I print on the front and the back?
Yes. Choose a front and back option under Print Positions.
Do you have rush production?
Yes, choose 2-4 business days for a small extra charge.
Can I use a photo?
Yes. Upload a high-resolution photo at 300 dpi at print size.
Using a low-resolution photo
Anything under 300 dpi at print size can look soft or pixelated on fabric.
Ignoring the print area
Text or logos outside the print area can be cut off or shrunk. Use the template for your position.
Using very thin lines or tiny text on fabric
Fine details can be lost on fabric. Keep lines and text bold enough to read.
Putting a light design on a light shirt
Check that your artwork has enough contrast with the shirt colour you pick.
Leaving out the 1/8" bleed
Extend backgrounds 1/8 in past the trim line, or thin white edges can show after cutting.
Placing text or logos too close to the edge
Keep all text and logos at least 1/8 in inside the trim line.
Uploading low-resolution images or screenshots
Anything under 300 dpi looks soft in print, use full-size artwork.
Submitting RGB artwork
Print uses CMYK and can look a little duller than on screen, convert before you upload.
Forgetting to embed or outline fonts
Letters can swap to a default font if fonts are not embedded or outlined.
