Letters carry weight when they carry your brand. Our custom letterhead is printed with your logo, contact details and design on regular paper for everyday correspondence, or on textured linen for a more premium feel.
Order 100 to 1,000 sheets and get consistent colour from the first page to the last. Ideal for law firms, clinics, contractors and any business that wants its paperwork to look the part.

What do the order options mean?
Production time only is the time we take to print your order. Proofing lets you approve an emailed PDF first, and Hire a Designer adds professional design help.

Yes, choose 2-3 business days (+20%) or 8 hours (+30%).
Running ink right to the page edge when you want a clean white border
Keep artwork inside the margins if you want a white border.
Not leaving a clear writing area
Check that the letter body fits inside your margins.
Leaving out the 1/8" bleed
Extend backgrounds 1/8 in past the trim line, or thin white edges can show after cutting.
Placing text or logos too close to the edge
Keep all text and logos at least 1/8 in inside the trim line.
Uploading low-resolution images or screenshots
Anything under 300 dpi looks soft in print, use full-size artwork.
Submitting RGB artwork
Print uses CMYK and can look a little duller than on screen, convert before you upload.
Forgetting to embed or outline fonts
Letters can swap to a default font if fonts are not embedded or outlined.
