A backdrop is what appears behind every photo taken at your event. A repeating pattern of logos, a sponsor wall or one bold graphic turns a plain wall into branding that spreads each time someone posts a picture.
Choose the 8 x 8 ft or 10 x 7.5 ft size, print on vinyl or on dye-sublimation fabric, and add an adjustable frame with a soft carry case if you want a complete stand-up setup. A 4 inch pole pocket is sewn into the top and bottom of each backdrop.

Vinyl or fabric
Vinyl is tough and wipes clean, which makes it a good everyday choice. Dye-sublimation fabric has a softer, richer look and photographs with less glare.
Frame option
The adjustable frame slides through the pole pockets and comes with a soft carry case, so the backdrop travels and sets up easily.
Repeating designs

Pricing
Price depends on size, material and whether you add the frame. Two or more backdrops are priced per backdrop.
Does the price include the frame?
Only if you pick the frame option. Choose Banner Only if you already have a stand.
Can the backdrop be printed on both sides?
No. Backdrops are printed on one side only.
Do you offer a proof?
Yes. Choose Email PDF Proof and we send a PDF to approve before printing.
How long does it take?
Production takes 2-3 business days, not counting shipping.
Logos too close to the top or bottom
Pole pockets and tables hide part of the banner. Keep key artwork at least 6 inches from the top and bottom edges.
Low-resolution images
A backdrop is large, so use the biggest original files you have, not web images.
Missing bleed
Add 0.125 in of bleed on every edge so no white shows after trimming.
Using RGB colour
Export in CMYK. RGB files can look duller or shift in colour when printed.
Fonts not outlined
Convert text to outlines or embed fonts so nothing changes when we open your file.
