Setup & care
- Pull the graphic up smoothly from the centre with both hands and hook it onto the pole. Avoid jerking.
- Lower the top bar slowly when retracting so it does not slam into the base.
- Intended for indoor use. Wipe the vinyl gently with a soft damp cloth and let it dry before storing.
- Store in the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Replacement graphics: graphic-only orders must be compatible with your existing cassette and attachment system. Check this before ordering.

Stand or graphic only?
Choose the stand option for a complete banner. Choose graphic only if you already own a compatible stand and need a replacement print.
How do I set it up?
Pull the graphic up smoothly from the centre with both hands and hook it onto the pole. Avoid jerking. Retract slowly so the top bar does not slam into the base.
Can I use it outdoors?
It is designed for indoor use such as events, shops and offices. Keep it dry and out of strong wind and direct sunlight.
How should I care for it?
Wipe the vinyl gently with a soft damp cloth, let it dry fully, and store it in the bag in a cool, dry place.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Upload a print-ready PDF, AI, PSD, PNG or JPG (up to 25MB), built at full size in CMYK at 300 dpi with 0.125 inch of bleed.
Is there an artwork template for my size?
Yes. Download the template for your size from the Templates tab on this page. It shows the trim line, bleed, safe margin and the bottom area to keep clear.
Can I get help with the design?
Yes. Choose "Yes - Hire a Professional Designer" at checkout and our team will build the artwork for you. You can also add an emailed PDF proof.
Is the banner printed on both sides?
No. Retractable banners are printed on one side only.
Is the 8-hour rush a delivery time?
No. Rush covers production time only. Pickup and delivery are confirmed after you order.
- Using the wrong size. Build the file at the exact size on the template and add 0.125 inch of bleed on all sides.
- Placing logos, phone numbers or text in the bottom area shown on the template. That part of the graphic can sit inside the base when the banner is retracted or pulled up.
- Keeping important text too close to the edge. Stay inside the green safe margin on the template.
- Uploading RGB or low-resolution files. Use CMYK at 300 dpi at full size; enlarged web images print soft.
- Leaving fonts live. Embed or outline all fonts so nothing changes at print.
- Ordering a graphic-only banner without checking your stand. The graphic must match your existing cassette and attachment system.
