• How your logo is applied: Laser engraved, 1 location included. The logo set-up is a one-time fee for each new logo.
• Turnaround: 6-8 business days after your artwork is approved (shipping time is extra).
• Need it sooner? A 24 Hour Rush is available for up to 500 pieces, and a Same Day Rush for up to 250 pieces. Rush orders are limited to 1 colour and 1 location, and are shipped without a paper proof. Rush options disappear automatically when your quantity is above these limits.
• Minimum order: 150 pieces. Bigger quantities have a lower price per piece.
• Packaging: Bulk.
• Proofs: Choose an e-proof if you want to see and approve how your logo will look before we print. If you choose "Print AS IS", we use your artwork exactly as uploaded.

How long will my order take?
Standard production is 6-8 business days after your artwork is approved, plus shipping. Rush options are available on smaller quantities.

What is the set-up fee?
It is a one-time charge to prepare your logo for production. You pay it once for each new logo.

Can I see a proof first?
Yes. Pick "E-Proof Required" and we will email you a digital proof to approve before anything is made.

Can I use more than one colour?
Engraving is done in a single finish, so colour does not apply. Send your logo as a simple one-colour design.

What file should I upload?
A vector PDF or AI file is best. A clear PNG or JPG at 300 dpi also works. See the File Setup tab for the full checklist.

Common mistakes while uploading design

• Low-resolution images. Screenshots and small web images look blurry. Send a vector PDF/AI or a PNG at 300 dpi at the size it will be printed.
• Live text not converted to outlines. If your fonts are missing on our side, the text can change. Convert all text to outlines before saving.
• Too many colours or fine detail. Thin lines, gradients and tiny text can fill in or disappear on this product. Keep the design bold and simple.
• Artwork too close to the edge. Keep important parts of the logo away from the edges of the print area so nothing gets cut off.
• Wrong colour mode. Use CMYK for printed logos. For engraving, use one solid colour on a transparent background.
• Uploading a photo of a logo. A picture of a business card or sign cannot be printed cleanly. Send the original logo file.
• Background boxes. A white or coloured box behind your logo will print as a box. Use a transparent background.
